Our sustainability strategy is developed with a focus on three cornerstones:
Our long-term sustainability agenda is reinforced by these cornerstones, and this forms the basis of the Boxon Group’s roadmap for achieving our 2030 goals.
Boxon actively works with labour and human rights, ethics, sustainable supply chains, and setting up a sustainability framework and policies. All to manage risks and opportunities concerning sustainability issues both inside and in proximity to our business operations.
Our ambition is to fully contribute to fairness and equality throughout our value chain by respecting and promoting human rights. We actively work with labour law and human rights, ethics, and sustainable supply chains. All to manage risks and opportunities relating to sustainability issues.
Taking responsibility, being inclusive, and doing ethical business is strategically important to Boxon. This includes efforts to secure responsible recruitment practices, stable and predictable work, and to create safe, secure and empowering workplaces.
Boxon’s ambition is to become circular and climate-neutral, which is based on developing more sustainable packaging solutions, using sustainable materials, and improving the recycling of resources – while at the same time growing our business.
Fighting climate change is an important focus for Boxon, and we are committed to the Paris Agreement with the goal of limiting global warming to 1.5°C, compared to pre-industrial levels. In 2022, Boxon signed the Science Based Target initiative (STBi).
Another focus area is circularity, where our ambition is to keep materials, products, and services in circulation for as long as possible. We focus on three areas of circularity – Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.
Boxon inspires and supports our customers in their transformation through more sustainable packaging.
We believe that sustainable packaging should be renewable, reusable, or recyclable.
