Account Manager Automotive East Europe

Boxon Group is looking for an Account Manager to join the department for Automotive EMEA. You will be reporting to the Business Unit Manager for Automotive EMEA.

Placement: Bratislava.

In this role, you will be responsible for achieving budgeted targets for turnover and gross margin for your assigned customer portfolio, as well as identifying and engaging with new potential customers within your geographical area. You will actively work to develop both existing customers and the customer portfolio to its full potential by offering Boxon’s full range of products and services, with a focus on innovative packaging solutions.

Other main tasks

  • Develop and follow activity plan to meet budget and targets set together with Management
  • If nominated participate in Customer Segment Teams.
  • Lead packaging development projects with support from engineering team until final implementation.
  • Understanding of the customer's business and the entire value chain.
  • Work according to established guidelines in the company's IT systems and CRM system.
  • Work, document and develop the customer and customer portfolio according with the Boxon group established sales process.
  • Prepare quotations and tenders in accordance with Boxon’s directive.
  • Establish customer agreements in accordance with Boxon’s directive.
  • Management of warehousing services (contracts, follow-up, forecasts).
  • Ensure lean warehousing management according to customer demands.
  • Fulfillment of individual activity targets according to directives from Business Unit Manager.
  • Collaborate and develop working methods/cooperation with relevant Customer Support and Indoor Sales
  • KPI fulfillment for relevant goals
  • Efficiency improvement initiatives

  • Selection of right supplier according to customer needs and Boxon’s best profitability.
  • Warehouse contract and forecasts of customer specific articles.
  • Manage own pipeline.
  • Sales reports in accordance with company guideline.
  • Customer satisfaction.

  • Signature rights and costs limits according separate document
  • Negotiations with supplier base established by Procurement
  • Financial powers under Boxon’s Management system, document 3.3.4.

Education and Work experience

  • Minimum Upper Secondary School graduation
  • Education in economic industrial sector
  • Relevant and documented work experience from B2B sales

Externally, you will collaborate closely with customers, major business partners in your sales region, and the supplier portfolio to ensure seamless operations and successful outcomes.
