Another year is coming to an end, but we're not quite ready to say goodbye to 2024 just yet.
It has been an eventful year at Boxon, and we would like to thank all our customers, suppliers, and partners for your trust and collaboration over the past year.
Soon, many will be heading off for the Christmas holiday and preparing for 2025, but before that, we want to share some of the biggest highlights from our 2024.
We started 2024 by being awarded Ecovadis Gold for the second consecutive year—an award we are incredibly proud of. This recognition confirms our commitment to sustainability efforts and motivates us to continue our journey towards a sustainable future.
Throughout the year, we signed the Women Empowerment Principles to support gender equality. These guidelines provide us with direction on how we, as a company, can implement initiatives that promote equality in all aspects of our operations.
We continue to view social responsibility as a core element of our work. In 2024, we had the honor of sponsoring projects such as Handball Against Exclusion, Active School, Violence Against Women, and Giving People. Through these efforts, we hope to contribute to a better future.
The autumn kicked off with our designers gathering in Helsingborg for two inspiring days of team building, workshops, and lectures. These meetings are essential for fostering creativity and collaboration within the organization.
This year, we won the prestigious OBAL ROKU Award for an innovative packaging solution developed in collaboration with Vitesco Technologies (now Schaeffler) and Volvo Cars. This solution combines sustainability, efficiency, and outstanding design—something we are very proud of.
For us, customer experience is at the heart of everything we do. This year, we launched our Customer Scorecard on our website. The Scorecard allows customers to easily track their sustainability journey and monitor progress.
We also continued our partnership with Trustpilot and conducted our annual customer survey.
Your feedback helps us grow, and we are thrilled to see that we continue to receive high ratings in customer satisfaction.
In September, we participated in World Clean Up Day, when many of our employees, along with their colleagues and families, volunteered to collect litter for a cleaner environment. This initiative demonstrates our ongoing commitment to a sustainable future.
In the autumn, we welcomed two new Managing Directors: Fredrik Lethin at Boxon AB and Kim Gustafsson at Boxon OY. With their experience and drive, we look forward to further developing the company.
In December, Ann-Sofie Gunnarsson and Johan Johnsson had the great honor of representing Boxon in the Swedish Parliament. There, they presented our sustainability efforts and discussed what is needed to create a more sustainable future.
As we reflect on 2024, we are grateful for all we have achieved and for everyone who has joined us on this journey.
We are excited about 2025, filled with new opportunities and challenges. We hope you will continue to follow us on our journey ahead.
